- This doodle was cancelled in Germany due to an Islamic terrorist car attack at a Christmas market that occurred on December 20th that resulted in 6 deaths. Seasonal Holidays 2024 was also ended in that country.
- This doodle was cancelled in the United Kingdom for unknown reasons. Seasonal Holidays 2024 was shown instead.
- This doodle was cancelled in Taiwan for unknown reasons.
- Unlike the previous two Rise of the Half Moon Doodles, the moon has both of its eyes closed on the homepage Doodle. It is unknown why this decision was made.
- This doodle was originally planned to be shown up from December 1st - 30th when this doodle was us for Christmas season at that time, but due to not being shown, a different Christmas doodle (which that had a Google logo with Christmas lights), was shown instead due to that not being planned. The doodle was only shown for 1 day.
