This doodle was cancelled in Germany due to an Islamic terrorist car attack at a Christmas market that occurred on December 20th that resulted in 6 deaths. Seasonal Holidays 2024 was also ended in that country.
This doodle was cancelled in the United Kingdom for unknown reasons. Seasonal Holidays 2024 was shown instead.
This doodle was cancelled in Taiwan for unknown reasons.
Unlike the previous two Rise of the Half Moon Doodles, the moon has both of its eyes closed on the homepage Doodle. It is unknown why this decision was made.
This doodle was originally planned to be shown up from December 1st - 30th when this doodle was us for Christmas season at that time, but due to not being shown, a different Christmas doodle (which that had a Google logo with Christmas lights), was shown instead due to that not being planned. The doodle was only shown for 1 day.
